Gathering of Voices
Harmonized Peyote Songs
Peyote songs, accompanied by rattle and water drum, are performed as part of the ceremonies of the Native American Church. These are harmonized songs created and sung (some with words, some with vocables) by award winnning singers, Verdell Primeaux of the Sioux and Johnny Mike of the Navajo with Art Nell assisting.
